Moscow Towers is located in the heart of Moscow's business district, Moscow City. The building consists of two towers of 62 floors, which are connected by a Sky Lobby. The towers contain office space, luxury apartments, a shopping gallery, a conference center and a coworking space.
The challenge of the project was that, as in all skyscrapers, the towers have a complex lift system. We faced the task of numbering and directing visitors to the necessary lift groups. As well as to separate the direction of visitor flows from the underground and central entrances.
Lift markers are made of embossed glass, which rhymes with the finish of the portals, with metal edging painted in the colour of the interior solutions.
The minimalist interior design also imposed its own constraints. To minimise intrusion into the space, we came up with the solution of inlaying directional markers into the walls and floor stone.
For the apartments, the technique of engraving information in the finishing materials was used. This allowed minimal intrusion into the interior solutions.
